What we collect
When you sign up for mobile alerts, we collect your phone number and, if you provide them, your name, email address, and ZIP code. We also collect information you voluntarily submit through this website.
How we use it
We use your information to send you the messages you signed up for, to comply with federal campaign finance law, and to operate our programs. Contributions, if accepted, are reported to the Federal Election Commission as required by law.
What we don't do
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with, or sold to, any third party. Information may be shared with vendors solely as necessary to deliver the messages you requested (e.g., our text messaging provider).
